Job description
The Office of the New York State Attorney General (OAG) seeks an experienced litigator to serve as Special Litigation Counsel in Albany. The role handles high-profile civil rights, education, public employment and other matters for state agencies, officials, and employees in federal and state courts.
As lead attorney or supervisor, you will develop case strategy, draft briefs, argue motions, and coordinate with a team of litigators while mentoring junior counsel.
