Job description
Branch DeliveryBranch Delivery is responsible for delivering high-quality, consistent client experiences across branch locations while ensuring operational excellence and adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements. Activities may include:Managing day-to-day branch service operationsSupporting client transactionsEnsuring accurate and timely execution of all frontline banking activitiesCoaching and supporting branch teams to meet performance expectationsImplementing process improvements that strengthen service deliveryMonitoring operational controls to reduce risk and maintain complianceCompensation offered will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location, etc.Eligible teammates may participate in a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, paid time off, retirement savings through a 401(k) plan, wellness resources, and other programs designed to support teammates' health and financial well-being, subject to plan terms and eligibility requirements.
