Job description
Branch Delivery ManagerBranch Delivery is responsible for delivering high-quality, consistent client experiences across branch locations while ensuring operational excellence and adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements. Activities may include:Managing day-to-day branch service operationsSupporting client transactionsEnsuring accurate and timely execution of all frontline banking activitiesCoaching and supporting branch teams to meet performance expectationsImplementing process improvements that strengthen service deliveryMonitoring operational controls to reduce risk and maintain complianceThe Teller role:Conducts all credit and debit transactions in compliance with established bank policies and procedures.Keeps proper cash supply on hand and prepares daily proof record while maintaining an acceptable difference record.May process night deposits and ATM transactions.Delivers excellent service to all bank customers.May refer customers to other bank staff for product sales or problem resolution.Other duties as assigned.Requires broad knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience and may require vocational or technical education.
