Job description
Reser’s Fine Foods, Inc., a leader in prepared foods manufacturing, is seeking a Reconciliation Specialist to ensure accurate, timely reconciliation of financial and inventory accounts. In this role, you will perform daily and monthly reconciliations, research discrepancies, support period-end close, and partner with production and operations teams to validate data. You will maintain detailed schedules, assist with audits, and help improve processes, all within a family-founded, safety-focused culture that values accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
