Job description
Performance Media Specialist
Utilizes developing specialized knowledge to execute tasks and contribute to smaller projects or defined components of larger initiatives. Addresses non-routine problems using established practices and past experience. May support the coordination of day-to-day activities for a team or specific area.
Drives measurable business outcomes by amplifying online presence and optimizing performance across digital channels, including Search (paid and organic), Social, Programmatic, Addressable media, and E-commerce platforms. Develops and executes data-driven strategies to improve visibility, engagement, conversion, and return on investment through targeted, personalized, and automated media delivery. Leverages performance data, audience signals, and real-time insights to optimize media activations, including programmatic buying, bidding strategies, targeting, and budget allocation. Navigates dynamic digital ecosystems to refine search and activation strategies, ensure efficient use of media spend, and continuously improve outcomes across the full performance funnel.

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
