CDL A Specialized Glass Driver Overview
Premium pay for specialized freight. Earn 65-72CPM* hauling high-value glass loads.
Safety bonuses on every mile. Add a 4CPM monthly safe-driver bonus* to your total earnings.
Home time that works. Get home weekly or bi-weekly, depending on location and route.*
Glass experience is preferred. Previous glass-hauling experience is preferred but not required.
Onboarding and Extra Pay
Get paid to get started. Earn a $2,500 sign-on bonus plus $1,000 in orientation pay.*
Extra pay for the work you do. Drivers earn tarp pay plus clean-inspection bonuses.*
Referral rewards. Earn $2,500 for every driver you refer.

Driver Requirements
Valid Class A CDL
1+ years of OTR experience in the last 3 years
Glass-hauling experience preferred, but not required
