Job description
Washington State Department of Social and Health Services seeks a Social and Health Program Consultant 4 to join our Home and Community Services team as a Specialty Contract Monitor in Yakima, with travel across the region.
The role monitors community residential providers for contractual compliance, develops evaluation tools, and implements policies and procedures to strengthen quality assurance and contract monitoring activities across Yakima, Benton, and Franklin counties.
