Job description
CenterWell Home Health is seeking a Specialty Dispensing Pharmacist to provide safe, accurate, and timely medication dispensing for home health patients. In this role, you will verify prescriptions, perform clinical drug utilization reviews, and ensure compliance with regulatory and payer requirements. You will collaborate closely with nurses, physicians, and care coordinators to optimize medication therapy, manage complex regimens, and support patient education. You’ll also maintain accurate records, uphold quality and safety standards, and contribute to process improvements in a compassionate, patient-focused environment.
