nThe Specialty Dispensing Pharmacist 2 processes and dispenses Specialty Rx medication. The Specialty Dispensing Pharmacist 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.
nLocation: This is an onsite role. 9843 Windisch Rd, W est Chester, OH 45069
nShift: This department operates Monday-Friday from 6 AM to 6 PM. The shift will either be five 8 hour shifts (Mon-Fri) OR four 10 hour shifts (Tue-Fri) or (Mon-Thur).
nThe Specialty Dispensing Pharmacist 2 works in a production environment and:
nnnApplies clinical and operational expertise to ensure effective and compliant processing and dispensing of Specialty pharmacy prescription orders to be mailed to patients' homes and/or provider offices.

nnCollaborates directly with Pharmacy Technicians and Pharmacists to ensure the accurate and efficient dispensing of Specialty medications.
n
nnDevelops and integrates programs developed to improve overall health outcomes with a focus on Specialty medications. .

nRole Requirements :
nnnPharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy (RPH or PharmD)
n
nnActive Pharmacist license from the state of Ohio with no disciplinary action
n
nnAble to stand for up to 10 hours/day
n
nnAble to lift up to 30 lbs
n
n nRole Desirables:
nnnHigh volume mail order or retail pharmacy experience

nnSpecialty pharmacy experience

nPay Range
nThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
n$115,200 - $158,400 per year
nThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
