SPECIALTY INFUSION MANAGER - CHRONIC & IVIG
Location: St. Louis, MO | Territory-Based
Base Salary: $90,000-$120,000
Bonus: Bonus Opportunity
Experience: Healthcare Sales / Business Development Required
Preferred: Home Infusion, Specialty Infusion, IVIG / SCIG
POSITION OVERVIEW
Our client is seeking a Specialty Infusion Manager to drive Chronic and IVIG referral growth throughout the St. Louis market.
You'll develop relationships with physicians, clinics, specialists, and payors while partnering with pharmacy, intake, nursing, and operations teams to support exceptional patient care.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, clinics, specialists, and payors.
• Drive Chronic and IVIG patient referrals throughout the territory.
• Grow territory revenue, profitability, referrals, and market share.
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic growth initiatives.
• Analyze territory performance and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with pharmacy, intake, nursing, and operations teams.
• Maintain strong referral relationships while supporting the patient experience.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
• Proven healthcare sales or business development experience required.
• 2+ years of home infusion, specialty infusion, specialty pharmacy, or related healthcare experience preferred.
• Chronic infusion and IVIG / SCIG experience strongly preferred.
