Thrive Pet Healthcare is looking to add a Specialty Medical Director to Advanced Veterinary Care's team!
$100,000 Sign-On Bonus Available!
About You
As a clinical leader in our hospital, you'll drive positive change and medical excellence. In collaborative partnership with the Practice Manager and hospital leadership team, you will guide the hospital's medical standards, support hospital performance, and foster a positive, collaborative culture. Central to this role is your active involvement in recruiting and retaining top veterinary talent, coaching and developing associate DVMs, and upholding high standards of patient care.
You'll mentor and develop associate veterinarians, support hospital operations through effective leadership and data-informed decision making, and play a key part in shaping clinical excellence and team engagement— all while modeling Thrive Pet Healthcare's Core Values.

Experience & Skills Requirements
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree required
State Veterinary Board License and must be in good standing for the state in which they intend to be hired, before their start date.
Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible.
Board Certified or Residency Trained Veterinarian in Surgery, Neurology or Internal Medicine.
