The Role

Board‑certified veterinary specialist or experienced emergency clinician preferred
Demonstrated interest or experience in leadership, mentorship, and team development
Strong communication skills and collaborative leadership style
Commitment to advancing high‑quality veterinary medicine while supporting team well‑being

Experience & Skills Requirements
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree
Board‑certified specialist or residency‑trained veterinarian preferred
Eligible for or currently holding a California veterinary license in good standing prior to start date
DEA license or eligibility to obtain one
