Job description
Vanderbilt Health in Nashville, TN is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist PRN for its Specialty Pharmacy team. This role supports asthma, allergy and dermatology areas and offers hybrid scheduling with average 24 hours per week.
You will review orders, ensure safe, effective, cost-conscious medication use and collaborate with providers to optimize therapy.
