Job description
HealthPoint's Specialty Pharmacy in Renton, WA is seeking a Specialty Clinical Pharmacist to develop, optimize, and expand clinical programs, improve access to specialty medications, and support quality accreditation efforts.
You will educate patients in multiple languages, conduct visits, review complex regimens, document care in medical records, and collaborate with providers and staff to deliver safe, cost-effective pharmaceutical services.
