Job description
Marriott is seeking a Specialty Restaurants Cook I to craft high-quality dishes in our hotel’s specialty dining venues. In this role, you will prepare hot and cold menu items to precise recipes, ensure attractive plating, and maintain consistent portion and quality standards. You will set up and break down stations, follow strict food safety and sanitation guidelines, and keep kitchen areas clean and organized. Working closely with chefs and teammates, you’ll support smooth, timely service during high-volume periods while upholding Marriott’s commitment to exceptional guest experiences and people-first culture.
