Specialty Services Technician

Benefits and Compensation Range:
* Starting at $19/HR plus potention commission

This role requires:
* Working in confined spaces such as crawlspaces and attics
* Working on ladders and lifts (40ft and higher)
* Knowledge and/or aptitude to learn basic plumbing and electrical
* Verbal and written communication skills
* Maintaining licenses, certifications, and/or registrations as required
* Operation and maintenance of a service vehicle, hand tools, and power equipment
* Operation of a handheld device for completion of service order
Applicants must:
* Have a history of good job attendance
* Have a willingness to be flexible throughout the workday
* Have a good driving record
* Have a positive attitude with a get it done mentality
* Be able to pass a background check and drug screen
* Provide references upon request
