Job description
The Home Depot in New Jersey is offering a Specialty Assistant Store Manager in Training (SASM-IT) program. You will gain hands-on experience in retail store management across Specialty, Pro, and Services, under mentorship and leadership development.
During the up-to-6-week training, you will learn Manager on Duty responsibilities, staff supervision concepts, and strategies to boost sales, enhance customer service, and drive profitability store-wide.
