Job description
Marriott is seeking a Specialty Sushi Cook to craft high-quality sushi offerings within our hotel kitchen. This role prepares nigiri, rolls, and specialty items using fresh seafood and premium ingredients, following Marriott recipes and presentation standards. The cook maintains strict food safety and sanitation, manages prep and station organization, and minimizes waste.
