Job PostingSpectrum Healthcare Resources has an excellent opportunity for a Personnel Assistant at the Fairfax Health Center in Fairfax, Virginia.Position Highlights:Employee status with full complement of benefitsExcellent work/life balance | generous PTOSupportive working environmentPosition Responsibilities:Answers weekly payroll questions, contacts staff for missing information, and ensures all documentation is receivedServes as a liaison for staff regarding payroll or scheduling (Kronos system) issuesInvestigates, documents, and helps resolve discrepancies, corrections, or adjustmentsPrepares HRIS forms and other staffing actions as neededOpens and distributes correspondence, as well as periodically prepares and edits correspondenceContacts field staff to collect missing documentation for credentialing, re-credentialing, payroll, and other staffing actionsWorks on various tasks such as filing, writing correspondence, and special projects, as needed and assignedPosition Requirements:High School diploma or GED requiredAssociates/Bachelor's degree or some college coursework preferredAdvanced proficiency in various computer applications, e.g. word processing, excel spreadsheet, e-mail, database management and presentation software (to include spreadsheets, databases, slides, tables, graphs, and organizational charts)About Fairfax, VA:Fairfax, Virginia, offers activities to impress the hobby historian, avid outdoorsman, and aspiring artist!
