nJob Summary
nWe are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech and Language Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary team. As a Speech and Language Pathologist at The Gardens at Country you will work closely with our healthcare team to develop and implement individualized therapy plans for our residents, helping them to achieve optimal functioning and independence.
nResponsibilities:
nnnConduct thorough assessments of residents' communication skills and speech abilities
n
nnDevelop and implement individualized therapy plans to address communication and speech goals
n
nnProvide speech and language therapy to residents, including individual and group sessions
n
nnCollaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
n
nnMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of therapy plans and make necessary adjustments
n
nnMaintain accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions and resident progress
n
n nRequirements:
nnnMaster's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
n
nnMA Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
n
nnStrong communication and interpersonal skills
n
nnAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
