Speech Language Pathologist

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of patients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. This role requires in-person attendance at our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with diverse communication and swallowing disorders.

Develop and implement individualized care plans using evidence-based interventions.

Collaborate with patients and families to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

Provide education and counseling to patients and families about communication strategies and support.

Assist with discharge planning and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Supervise clinical fellows, students, and support personnel following professional standards.

Qualifications: Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology.

Current licensure with the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 60 days of hire.

Prior experience as an SLP is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary range: $83,200.00 - $114,000.00 USD.
