Job description
Seabright School and Therapy Staffing seeks a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to serve K–12 students in partner schools around Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will assess and treat speech, language, and communication needs; develop and implement IEP-driven goals; and deliver individual and small-group therapy using evidence-based practices. You will collaborate closely with teachers, families, and school teams, maintain timely documentation, participate in IEP meetings, and receive strong clinical support, flexible school-based placements, and professional growth opportunities.
