Key Qualifications:
Active Texas state SLPA license required by the start date
Previous experience in school settings is highly valued, but recent graduates with clinical fieldwork in pediatrics are welcome

Ability to adapt and individualize speech therapy methods to support student success
Commitment to professional ethics and confidentiality with student records
Primary Responsibilities: Assist speech-language pathologists in carrying out individualized and group therapy sessions
Implement therapy plans and monitor student progress
Document session outcomes and maintain accurate records
Support communication development in children, collaborating with teachers and staff as needed
Contribute to IEP meetings as requested and communicate progress to relevant stakeholders
