nGuaranteed Full-Time Pay + Clear Raises + Bonuses

nYou shouldn't have to choose between a dependable paycheck and a job that moves your career forward.

nMany SLPA jobs advertise attractive per-visit rates, but cancellations and open schedules can make your actual paycheck unpredictable.

nAt Dallas Reading & Language Services, you get something different:

n40 paid hours per week

nNo lost hourly pay when clients cancel

n$20 productivity bonuses for units above 40

nAdditional team bonuses when the practice performs well

nA clear path to $20/hour during your first year

nHands-on mentorship from experienced SLPs

nStart with stability. Build your skills. Grow your income.

nCOMPENSATION THAT GROWS WITH YOU

nYour hourly paycheck is your foundation, not your ceiling.

nOnce you exceed 40 productivity units in a week, you earn $20 for every additional unit.

n45 units = regular paycheck + $100 bonus

nQualifying preparation and support work can also count toward productivity.

nYou'll also have opportunities to earn team bonuses based on the performance of the practice.

nNew SLPAs entering the profession start at $16/hour with a clear first-year raise path:

n• Start: $16/hour • 3 months: $17/hour • 6 months: $18/hour • 9 months: $19/hour • 12 months: $20/hour

nGuaranteed pay. Clear raises. Individual bonuses. Shared success.

nBUILD EXPERIENCE THAT MOVES YOU FORWARD

nWhether you plan to build a career as an SLPA or eventually become an SLP, we want your experience here to move you forward.

nYou'll receive:

n• Structured onboarding and training • Ongoing supervision and mentorship from experienced SLPs • Hands-on pediatric clinical experience • Experience with treatment plans, data collection, and progress monitoring • Exposure to evaluations and clinical decision-making • Training in documentation and clinical workflows

nPLANNING ON GRADUATE SCHOOL?

nThe last two SLPAs from our practice who applied to graduate programs within the past year were both accepted and are now continuing their path toward becoming SLPs.

nTheir clinical experience here, along with recommendations based on their work, helped strengthen their applications.

nWe can't promise graduate-school admission, but we can offer meaningful clinical experience, mentorship, and professional relationships that can support your next step.

nWHAT YOU'LL DO

n• Provide pediatric speech, language, and reading therapy under SLP supervision • Implement individualized treatment plans • Collect data and monitor progress • Prepare therapy materials • Collaborate with SLPs, families, and team members • Complete documentation and support clinic workflows

nWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

n• Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or related field • Texas SLPA license or eligibility to obtain one • Spanish-English bilingual skills strongly preferred • Dependable, organized, and eager to learn • Enjoys working with children and families • Reliable transportation • Full-time weekday availability, including afternoons and early evenings

nDON'T HAVE YOUR SLPA LICENSE YET?

nThat's okay. If you're eligible for Texas SLPA licensure, we'll help you navigate the process.

nREADY FOR YOUR NEXT STEP?

nIf you want a dependable paycheck, a clear path to higher earnings, strong clinical mentorship, and experience that moves your career forward, we'd like to meet you.

nStart with stability. Build your skills. Grow your income. Move your career forward.
