Job description

This role is ideal for a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) passionate about making a tangible difference in school communities. Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
Current Massachusetts SLPA licensure or eligibility
Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Ability to follow treatment plans outlined by licensed Speech-Language Pathologists
Comfortable working with diverse student populations and adapting to varied classroom environments
Detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to professional ethics
Responsibilities: Implement therapy activities and intervention plans developed by supervising SLPs
Support students with speech, language, and communication challenges
Collect data on student progress, maintain detailed records, and provide feedback
Engage with teachers and staff to integrate strategies within the classroom
Prepare therapy materials and assist in planning sessions
Follow all district policies and professional guidelines
