Job description

Key Qualifications & Experience:
Current California SLPA license or eligibility
Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
Ability to implement treatment plans as directed by supervising SLP
Commitment to upholding confidentiality and ethical standards
Core Responsibilities: Assist in providing direct speech and language therapy services under SLP supervision
Support assessments by preparing materials and helping with data collection
Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and staff to maximize student outcomes
Document student progress, maintain therapy logs, and report findings as required
Participate in IEP meetings if requested and share insights on student development
