Qualifications
Valid SLPA license or certification in the state of Massachusetts
Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly desirable
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to follow treatment plans and document student progress accurately
Adaptability and a positive attitude in a team-oriented environment
Passion for motivating and uplifting children of diverse backgrounds
Responsibilities
Assist in the implementation of speech and language therapy plans designed by supervising SLPs
Deliver individual or small group therapy sessions to students, both in and out of the classroom
Support data collection and progress tracking to monitor student outcomes
Collaborate with school staff and participate in team meetings as needed
Maintain organized records in compliance with school and state requirements
Encourage a positive, inclusive atmosphere for all students
