Job description
Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for the full school year. This is a full-time role working in a dynamic educational environment located near Woodland Park, Colorado. Qualifications & Experience:
Valid SLPA license required
Colorado Department of Education (CDE) credential mandatory
Previous experience supporting speech and language goals in a school setting is highly valued
Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt interventions to meet student learning styles and needs
Team-oriented, reliable, and committed to student success
Key Responsibilities: Implement speech and language programs under the supervision of a certified Speech-Language Pathologist
Carry out direct and consultative therapy according to individualized education plans (IEPs)
Collect and document student data to monitor progress
Prepare materials and maintain records in compliance with school and regulatory standards
Support inclusive learning by collaborating with educators, specialists, and families
Participate in meetings and ongoing professional development
