nnSchedule: Day | PRN | Weekends
n
n nHow you'll make an impact in this role
nnnPerform therapy intervention utilizing standard therapy techniques and skills as appropriate for the condition of the patient.
n
nnEducate and counsel patient and family regarding treatment plan.
n
nnMaintain clinical records and follow performance improvement recommendation.
n
nnPlan and/or assist with patient discharge from speech therapy services.
n
nnProvide information regarding appropriate support programs.
n
n nWhat minimum requirements you'll need
nLicensure / Certification / Registration:
nnnBLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
n
nnSpeech-Language Pathologist credentialed from the Maryland Board of Audiologists, Hearing Aid Dispensers and Speech-Language Pathologists obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
n
nnSpeech language pathologist provisional license will be accepted until license is issued. License must be obtained within 12 months of hire date or job transfer date.
n
nnSpeech-Language Pathologist credentialed from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
n
nnSpeech language pathologist provisional license will be accepted until license is issued. License must be obtained within 12 months of hire date or job transfer date.
n
n nEducation:
nnMaster’s degree from accredited Speech & Language Pathology program of university required. Doctorate degree from accredited Speech & Language Pathology program of university preferred.
