Speech-Language Pathologist - Early Intervention & Preschool Direct Hire | Wyoming, NY & Surrounding Western New York Areas
About the Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join a highly supportive, multidisciplinary team serving children ages birth through five across Wyoming, Livingston, Genesee, and Orleans Counties - including school districts and a New York State Early Intervention contract. Service areas are centered around Wyoming and Batavia, NY.
This organization is committed to delivering high-quality therapeutic and educational support services to infants, toddlers, and preschoolers with developmental needs - bringing together clinical and educational specialists to meet each child's evolving goals. What You'll Do Provide itinerant speech-language therapy services to children ages birth through five in natural environments including homes, daycares, preschools, and clinic settings.
Develop and implement individualized, developmentally appropriate treatment plans in collaboration with families and interdisciplinary team members.
Support children and families through goal-directed, family-centered intervention strategies.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with program and regulatory requirements.
What We're Looking For Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Active New York State Speech-Language Pathologist license, or eligibility to obtain.
New York State Teaching Certification (TSHH or TSSLD) required or in progress.
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows welcome.
A genuine passion for working with young children and their families in a community-based setting.
REQUIREMENTS: Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
NYS license in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or university.
Certification as a Teacher of Speech and Hearing Handicapped (TSHH) or Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities (TSSLD).
CCC from ASHA desirable.
