Job description
We are looking for a passionate Speech‑Language Pathologist to join our team at North Shore Pediatric Therapy. You’ll deliver in‑clinic therapy through evaluations and individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to empower children to reach their fullest potential.
Compensation: $57–$70 per billable hour. Job Type: Part‑time, hourly. Work Setting: In‑person clinic, Arlington Heights, IL.

Requirements
Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology and an Illinois state license in good standing.
Prior experience conducting assessments to identify strengths and needs of clients.
Eager to grow skills in high‑demand clinical areas such as AAC, feeding, and childhood apraxia of speech.

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose communication and feeding disorders.
Make appropriate cross‑referrals to other disciplines.
Develop individualized treatment plans and goals for each client.
Provide one‑on‑one therapy sessions to improve speech, language, social, and feeding skills.
Educate families, staff, and the community on AAC and other communication supports.
Collaborate with doctors, teachers, and pediatric therapists for coordinated care.
Keep detailed records of progress and adjust plans as needed.
