Salary Range: $65,000.00 To $85,000.00 Annually

We are excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellow/Intern (CF-SLP) to join our team, make a meaningful impact, and enjoy exceptional flexibility along with an outstanding quality of life.
This role offers a TON of flexibility , including 3–4 days per week in clinic or school settings and if a CCC-SLP then 1 day providing virtual direct supervision, indirect supervision/paperwork, and telehealth services .
Compensation may be structured as Pay-Per-Visit (PPV) or a Guaranteed Hourly Rate , depending on your preference.

Compensation
Guaranteed Hourly Rate: $32–$41/hour , commensurate with experience

As a Speech-Language Pathologist at Cole Pediatric Therapy, You Will:
Collaborate with a passionate, multidisciplinary team
Conduct engaging, child-centered assessments
Design and implement effective, fun therapy plans
Make a lasting impact by helping children find their voice and build meaningful connections
Qualified Candidates Will Have:
Pediatric speech therapy experience (internships, CF, or licensed)
North Carolina SLP license
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
A passion for positively changing lives
