Compensation Options - Contract, Part-time or Fulltime positions - We offer multiple ways to join based on your preferences and career goals:

W-2 / Hourly Positions:

SLPA: $46,000-$52,000 annually

SLP (CF to CCC-SLP): $65,000-$85,000 annually

Bilingual SLP (Spanish/English): $68,000-$90,000 annually

W-2/ Pay-Per-Visit (Optional):

SLPA: $30-$44/hour

SLP: $50-$76/hour

(Based on experience and bilingual status)

1099/Contractor (Optional):

SLPA: $17/session or $34/hour

SLP: $30/session or $60/hour & $80/Evaluation

Flexible Scheduling

Traditional 5x8s

4x9s + half-day Friday

4x10s

What You’ll Do

Partner with a multidisciplinary team to support each child’s communication goals

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized, engaging treatment plans

Deliver therapy that blends clinical expertise with creativity and play

Build meaningful relationships with patients and families

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

Texas SLP license (or eligibility)

Pediatric experience (including internships or CFY)

Passion for helping children and families thrive

Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
