Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate, licensed Speech Pathologist to deliver evidence-based speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing services within our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide goal-driven therapy to support functional recovery and safe discharge. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and maintain accurate, timely documentation.
