Speech Language Pathologist
Hiring Now: Elementary School SLP | $80/hour | Charleston, SC We are actively hiring a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work with an elementary school in a supportive school district in Charleston, SC (29405). This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact helping young students develop critical communication skills.
Position Details:
Location: Charleston, SC 29405
Setting: Elementary School
Pay Rate: $80/hour
Schedule: Full-time (school hours)
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary-aged students
Conduct evaluations and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district/state guidelines
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active South Carolina SLP license (or ability to obtain)
CCC-SLP preferred
Previous school or pediatric experience preferred
