Speech Language Pathologist - Columbia County, OR

Liricare is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district in Columbia County, OR. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity serving students across three elementary school campuses (K–5). The position includes a caseload of approximately 75 students and supervision of a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA). You'll work collaboratively with educators, families, and special education teams to provide high-quality speech and language services that help students thrive academically, socially, and communicatively.

Responsibilities:

Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments.

Develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.

Provide direct speech-language therapy services.

Supervise and mentor an assigned SLPA.

Manage a caseload of approximately 75 students.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams.

Participate in IEP meetings and eligibility evaluations.

Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and district requirements.

Travel between three K–5 school campuses as needed.

Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

$57–62/hour on W-2 or $75 on 1099

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Active Oregon Speech-Language Pathologist license.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.

Minimum of two years of experience as a school-based or pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist.

Experience supervising SLPAs preferred.

Experience with IEPs, evaluations, and school-based documentation.

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Ability to travel between multiple school sites.

In addition to providing direct therapy services, you'll mentor an SLPA, collaborate with experienced education teams, and help shape communication outcomes for students across multiple campuses.
