Our therapist-owned company provides speech, language, feeding, and occupational therapy to children, birth to school age, in a pediatric outpatient setting. We are seeking a Speech Therapist to join our team! Job responsibilities will be to provide therapy to young children with a variety of special needs, be a team player and be flexible with scheduling. Be very organized and self motivated with completed paperwork. In this role, you will conduct assessments, individual therapies, and create individualized treatment plans. nResponsibilities
nPerform evaluations
nCreate individualized treatment plans for each client
nUse evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate individual treatments
nMaintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
nAdhere to all facility and licensing standards
nQualifications
nMaster’s degree
nbirth-3 experience and oral-motor/feeding experience not required but preferred
nBasic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified
nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
nHighly organized
