Speech Language Pathologist
School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | up to $70/hour | Dearborn, MI | 2026–2027 School Year | Full Time or Part Time
Hello SLPs! Looking for a meaningful Speech Language Pathologist role in the school setting? Ampersand Therapy, a teacher and therapist run company, is hiring a School-Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for the school year in the Dearborn, MI area.

Position Overview
Role: School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Dearborn, MI
Type: In-person ONLY
Full-time or Part Time
Pay Structure: Equal pay for direct and indirect treatment time
Key Responsibilities
Conduct pediatric SLP evaluations and deliver school-based therapy services
Collaborate with IEP teams, teachers, and special education staff
Complete documentation aligned with school timelines
Help students access learning and succeed through functional skill development
Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
Michigan SLP license (or eligible to apply)
Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
Passion for supporting diverse learners in inclusive environments
