nLittle Masters Development Center LLC is seeking a dedicated and energetic Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing Early Intervention team.

nThis role involves providing home-based speech and language therapy services to children ages 0–3 throughout New York City. The ideal candidate is passionate about supporting young children and partnering with families in their natural environments.

nResponsibilities:

nProvide speech and language therapy services to children enrolled in the Early Intervention Program in their homes and community settings

nConduct individualized therapy sessions based on each child's needs

nDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals

nCollaborate with families, service coordinators, and other members of the child's multidisciplinary team

nEducate and coach caregivers on strategies to support communication and language development during daily routines

nMaintain timely documentation, progress notes, and required Early Intervention paperwork

nSupport communication, feeding, social interaction, and overall developmental language skills

nQualifications:

nCurrent New York State Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required

nExperience working with young children preferred

nEarly Intervention experience is a plus

nStrong communication, organizational, and time management skills

nAbility to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team

nBilingual providers are encouraged to apply
