Speech-Language Pathologist (Elementary)
Location: White Lake, MI
Start/End Date: March 8th - End of the School Year

Hourly Range: $45-$62/hour (W2, paid weekly), based on experience and qualifications.

We are excited to continue our partnership with a supportive district that is looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist to support their elementary students. This role offers strong team collaboration, including sharing the caseload with an experienced part-time SLP. In this role you will support a mixed caseload of elementary students across general education, resource room, and self-contained classrooms. Ideal candidates will have prior school-based experience and will be comfortable working with students requiring higher levels of support.
Responsibilities
Provide full-time speech and language therapy services, Monday-Friday.
Conduct evaluations, develop individualized educational plans (IEPs), and implement evidence-based interventions to address speech and language developmental needs.
Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other related service providers to support students' communication skills across both classroom and individual settings.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders.
Utilize IEP system for management and compliance.
Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training opportunities.
Enjoy a dedicated office space for therapy sessions and planning.
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or in the process of completing).
Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Michigan (LARA).
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
