Job description
Addus Family Company is seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to deliver in-home evaluation and therapy services for adults and seniors. In this role, you will assess speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to help clients remain safe and independent at home. You’ll document progress, educate families and caregivers, and support person-centered goals.
