Job description
Flagstar Rehab is seeking Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) to join our network of SNFs across NYC and Long Island. You will perform evaluations, develop plans of care, manage meal textures, and provide therapy to patients with diverse conditions.
We offer flexible schedules, fully paid orientation, and benefits. NYS SLP license and CCC are required; CFY not accepted. W-2 or 1099 options available, and assistance with setting up a corporation is offered.
