We are currently seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based opportunity in Michigan for the school year .
Position Details
Full-time, Monday-Friday
40 hours per week
Elementary Setting
Face-to-face services only
School-based setting
Contract through the school year
Contract follows the academic district calendar
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
Valid Michigan Speech-Language Pathology License required
Positive, energetic, and compassionate approach to education
Experience in a school and/or pediatric setting preferred
Pay
Up to $73/Hourly
Position Overview
The selected candidate will provide speech and language therapy services to help students improve their communication and learning skills.
Responsibilities
Assess and treat a range of communication disorders
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Deliver engaging and effective therapy sessions
Maintain accurate documentation and student records
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators and parents
Support students' communication needs in a flexible and engaging manner
Collaborate with school staff and families to promote student success
Model mature behavior, uphold positive values, and encourage character development
