nJoin ABA RESULTS LLC as a Speech Language Pathologist in Fort Myers, FL, where you will make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with communication challenges. We are seeking passionate professionals to join our dedicated team and help clients achieve their speech and language goals in a supportive environment.
nResponsibilities:
nConduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' speech and language abilities.
nDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
nUtilize evidence-based practices and interventions to enhance communication skills.
nMonitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
nCollaborate with families and other professionals to ensure integrated care.
nProvide education and resources to clients and their families regarding speech and language development.
nMaintain accurate and timely records in compliance with state and federal regulations.
nParticipate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
nRequirements:
nMaster's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
nCurrent state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
nExperience working with diverse populations and various communication disorders.
nStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
nCompassionate demeanor and a genuine desire to help others.
nAbility to manage a flexible schedule to accommodate client needs.
nProficiency in using technology for assessments and teletherapy sessions.
