Job description

The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at Queens is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide and direct Speech Therapy services, including assessment, treatment, and program development under physician orders. Responsibilities include screenings, treatment planning, family and staff instruction, discharge planning and educational in-services.

A state license or eligibility is required, and strong communication skills are essential.
