SLP Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Speech Therapy from an accredited program
Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in the State of Nebraska
BLS certification within 30 days of employment

SLP Key Responsibilities:
Perform screenings, evaluations, and therapy sessions for patients referred by physicians or other sources
Administer standardized tests and interpret results to assess communication skills
Provide clear documentation and patient education, with recommendations based on assessments
Create and update individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians, documenting progress after each session
Regularly communicate with physicians about patient progress and treatment outcomes
