Job description
Apple Rehab is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide resident care and improve functional ability within a long-term care setting. The role reports to the Rehabilitation Director and emphasizes interdisciplinary collaboration.
Required graduate of an accredited SLP program with CCC or CFY eligibility; licensure in progress is acceptable. Prior long-term care experience is preferred, with a focus on quality resident care and compliance with PPS standards.
