Job description
Topaz Fiscal Services LLC in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a licensed Speech Therapist to assess and treat patients requiring rehabilitation in long-term/geriatric settings.
You will establish treatment programs with physician direction, document progress, educate patients and families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care. HIPAA compliance is required.
