Pay Range: $90-95/hour

About the Role
Hello SLPs! Come work with a teacher and therapist run company doing what you love! Ampersand Therapy is looking for a Speech Language Pathologist for the school year in the Gresham, OR area. We're seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.

What You'll Do
Provide speech therapy services in the school setting
Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
What We're Looking For
Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology
Active Oregon SLP License
Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required
