Job description
Essentia Health in Brainerd, MN, is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate, plan, and implement patient care across speech, language, cognition, and swallowing per ASHA guidelines. The role involves caseload management, documentation, scheduling, and supervision of staff.
Weekend on-call rotation occurs approximately every 4–6 weeks, mornings, with a casual, flexible on-call schedule. Current state licensure is required; Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology is essential.
